Process Technician

LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach. </p></div><p>The primary function of a process Technician is machine set up, machine maintenance &amp; machine trouble shooting for the purpose of maintaining device quality and compliance, increasing process output, as well as reducing costs. This role will be a mixture of Days and Evening shifts.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Monitoring &amp; operating equipment used in the production process to ensure they are functioning correctly &amp; efficiently</li>
<li>Trouble shooting &amp; maintenance, identify and resolve issues with equipment or process perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs when needed</li>
<li>Quality control, inspect products &amp; process to ensure it meets onsite quality requirements</li>
<li>Data collection &amp; reporting, maintain accurate logs &amp; documentation for compliance &amp; analysis</li>
<li>EHS compliance, follow all safety protocols onsite and ensure equipment is operated safely. Comply with all site EHS &amp; regulatory standards</li>
<li>Training &amp; development, stay up to date with all onsite training requirements &amp; support onboarding/ cross training of new team members</li>
<li>Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role </li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills Required:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to deliver to personal, team and site objectives.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis</li>
<li>Aptitude for operational processes.</li>
<li>Aptitude for Process Improvement and Lean.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language</li>
<li>Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Data collection / trending / reporting</li>
<li>Teamwork &amp; communication</li>
</ul>
<h3>Education / Licenses / Certifications:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum Level 6 qualification in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical/Automation Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or qualified trade person</li>
<li>2+ plus years of experience in a GMP/ other regulated environment.</li>
<li>Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable</li>
