Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related fields.


• At least 8 years of experience in process safety


• Experience in EPC projects within the oil and gas industry.


• Proficiency in HYSYS.


• English level B1\+.

Location

• 100% on\-site in Spain.

Principal Duties

• Technically lead Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) sessions during engineering phases, ensuring all design recommendations are documented and closed.


• Develop Process Safety Management (PSM) programs.


• Perform risk and vulnerability analyses during the engineering phase.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and minimize the probability of catastrophic failures by integrating safety into the design.


• Perform other duties inherent to the position.
