Job Description:
Process ManagerThe roleJoin Schneider Electric as a Process Manager, leading the performance and optimisation of one of our core electrical switchgear \& control\-gear production lines. This is a high\-impact role where you’ll combine people leadership and process excellence to drive safety, quality, and delivery performance. What will you do:* Lead, coach, and develop a high\-performing team

• Own and continuously improve end\-to\-end manufacturing \& testing processes


• Drive Right\-First\-Time quality, reducing rework and delays


• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards


• Identify bottlenecks and improve flow, efficiency, and productivity


• Champion Lean / SPS continuous improvement initiatives


• Collaborate across engineering, production, quality, and planning


• Support customer audits and witness testing

(External) English Qualifications:
What will make you successful:* Proven people leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting

• Strong ability to drive performance, accountability, and engagement


• Confident decision\-maker with excellent stakeholder management skills


• Structured, proactive, and results\-oriented mindset


• Understanding of electrical testing, HV/LV safety, or similar environments


• Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement tools


• Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent experience in Engineering or Manufacturing
