Your responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve CMSO PMO Sustaining processes, methodologies, and standards

+ Ensure compliance with project management governance, guidelines and standards
+ Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential and implement improvements
+ Developing of a training concept for all relevant project roles.
+ Providing or organize external training for new processes and methods to involved organization (internally and externally)
+ Facilitate workshops and process reviews
+ Collaborate closely with different PMO relevant Stakeholders locally and globally
Your qualification

• Bachelor/Master of Science or Economics or equivalent with relevant process management track records

+ Several years of experience in process management, PMO and project management would be beneficial
+ Knowledge of common project management methodologies (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid)
+ Experience in process modeling e.g. BIC cloud
+ Strong analytical and conceptual skills
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
+ High level of initiative and structured way of working
+ Cultural awareness for international stakeholders and teams
