Als Finance Process Manager bei BESTSECRET übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der End\-to\-End\-Gestaltung und Optimierung der Core Prozesse (P2P, O2C, R2R) im Finanzbereich. Dabei agierst du als Schnittstelle von Finance, IT und den Fachbereichen. Du stellst effiziente, digitale und regelkonforme Prozessabläufe sicher – mit dem Fokus auf Prozessverbesserung, Automatisierung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Prozess\- und Systemlandschaft.

Deine Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die End\-to\-End\-Prozessgestaltung


• Analyse, Optimierung und Standardisierung der Prozesse


• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, IT und den Fachbereichen


• Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Tools und ERP\-Systemen (z. B. SAP)


• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance Richtlinien


• Durchführung und Management von Projekten zur Prozessautomatisierung


• Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Accounting, Finance, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich


• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung (ca. 3–5 Jahre) im Accounting, Finance oder Prozessmanagement


• Ausgeprägte technische Affinität sowie Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen, idealerweise SAP S4/HANA


• Erfahrung im Projekt Management oder Prozessoptimierungsprojekten


• Starkes Verständnis für Daten, Prozesszusammenhänge und Accounting


• Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Lernbereitschaft sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu präsentieren; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus

As a Finance Process Manager at BESTSECRET, you play a central role in designing and optimizing end\-to\-end core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R). You act as the interface between Finance, IT, and business functions. Your focus is on ensuring efficient, digital, and compliant process flows, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, automation, and the continuous development of the process and system landscape.

Your Responsibilities:

• End\-to\-end ownership of finance process design


• Analysis, optimization, and standardization of processes


• Close collaboration with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders


• Implementation and further development of digital tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)


• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines


• Managing and executing process automation and improvement projects


• Creating and maintaining process documentation

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field


• Initial relevant professional experience (approx. 3–5 years) in Accounting, Finance, or Process Management


• Strong technical affinity and experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S4/HANA


• Experience in project management or process optimization initiatives


• Solid understanding of data, process interdependencies, and accounting principles


• Strong analytical and communication skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to present complex topics in a clear and structured way; German language skills are a plus
