Process Integration Engineer (m/f/d)
This is your new job:
•Develop and qualify new wafer fab process modules on silicon epitaxy equipment (e.g., Centura, ASM) for mass production.
- Lead and execute major process development and integration activities while building deep product and process expertise.
- Sub\-project leader of process development or integration tasks in complex projects.
- Build up and maintain knowledge (technical \& procedures) and BG internal \& external contacts in own field of expertise.
- Master or PhD degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or similar
- Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor experience, depending on educational credentials
- Profound knowledge of industrial semiconductor technology
- Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments on semiconductor equipment
- Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
- Very good communication skills
- Fluency in German and good level in English
