As part of one of our project teams, you will be responsible for biopharmaceutical process design and planning, from initial concept through to implementation, in some cases directly at our customers’ sites.

In biopharmaceutical projects, you will lead or be an integral member of the Process Team and coordinate all involved stakeholders (customer organizations, engineers, suppliers) throughout all project phases.

• Execution of biopharmaceutical process engineering, from design through project handover to the customer, including commissioning and qualification


• Development of solutions for complex technical challenges and acting as a key contact for colleagues on technical matters


• Support of project management activities, from proposal preparation (scope definition, cost estimation, resource planning) through project execution (reporting) to final project handover to the customer


• Contribution to the development of standards and guidelines within your area of expertise

• BSc or MSc in a scientific or technical discipline such as Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field


• Sound knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards


• Ideally several years of professional experience, preferably with single\-use technologies


• Preferably experience within a technical organization in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, a supplier company, or an engineering/consulting firm


• Very good German and good English skills (corporate language); French is an advantage

You are characterized by your quick comprehension, high level of commitment, and flexibility. You enjoy achieving success as part of a team and demonstrate the necessary assertiveness combined with respectful communication.

In addition to your passion for your work, you bring a strong customer focus and a willingness to undertake extended assignments at customer sites in German\-speaking Switzerland. Even in unexpectedly hectic situations, you are able to maintain focus on what truly matters.
