We are a trusted partner in installations for disinfection, priming (thermal and chemical treatment of seeds) and seed processing, like coating, pelleting and controlled drying of seeds. As a Process Engineer you are involved from the quotation phase onwards. During the quotation phase you determine together with sales and the customer the suitable solution to realize a successful delivery to the customer in close cooperation with your colleagues from the engineering and service departments.

The focus is mainly on drying technology, one of the most important product groups within SPH. You are customer\-oriented and find a challenge in delivering customized solutions based on customer specific requirements (possible also on location worldwide).

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Determine the most suitable solution together with sales and the customer;


• Independently perform process technical calculations;


• Dimensioning the installation together with engineers;


• Drawing up process designs in process flow diagrams (PFD) and translating these into the correct process diagrams (P\&ID);


• Provide support for testing installations (FAT), internally at SPH;


• Provide support in commissioning processes (SAT), externally at the customer;


• Together with the customer, look for opportunities for improvement in their processes;


• Developing new process solutions within a multidisciplinary team.

• Level of education: Bachelor (Bsc)/University (Applied Mechanics, HVAC technology, Applied physics);


• Experience in process – and mechanical engineering within a multi\-project environment;


• Experience and affinity with drying techniques and/or HVAC is an advantage;


• Experience with 3D CAD modelling systems and MS Office;


• Customer\-oriented attitude;


• Strong analytical and communication skills;


• You work systematically and accurately;


• Travel is incidental.
