<p>Nanopath is seeking a Process Development Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist to join our Assay R&amp;D team and help develop, optimize, and scale the workflows that support Nanopath’s diagnostic platform. This role will be highly hands-on and will support process development across assay preparation, reagent development, and analytical testing.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support development of robust, repeatable protocols for reagent manufacturing, array fabrication, and assay execution.</li>
<li>Assist with process characterization, QC, stability, reproducibility, and verification-supporting studies as Nanopath advances toward regulated product development.</li>
<li>Prepare reagents, samples, and materials; maintain lab organization; and support routine equipment use and maintenance.</li>
<li>Collect, analyze, summarize, and present experimental data in a clear and timely manner.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot experimental workflows and collaborate with assay, engineering, product, and operations team members to identify root causes and implement improvements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in bioengineering, biomedical engineering, molecular biology, chemistry, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.</li>
<li>Experience with liquid handler automation, automated assay workflows, or programming / operating automated laboratory platforms.</li>
<li>Experience with nucleic acid assays, biosensors, microarrays, or spotting / printing technologies</li>
<li>Familiarity with design control, quality systems, GLP/GxP principles, or documentation practices for regulated diagnostics.</li>
<li>Extremely well-organized, with a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and motivation for completing tasks accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Experience in cross-functional and highly collaborative work environments.</li>
<li>Passionate about Nanopath’s mission for developing a purpose-built solution for women’s health.</li>
