You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the home while providing dedicated assistance to the family across a range of day-to-day matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the family home.
- Coordinate household staff, contractors, and external suppliers.
- Manage property maintenance and ensure high household standards are maintained.
- Organise diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle household administration, invoices, and general correspondence.
- Support with family events, special occasions, and personal projects.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and provide seamless support to the principals.
- Previous experience as a House Manager, Private PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Professional, trustworthy, and highly discreet.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Able to work independently and manage changing priorities with ease.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
