A well-established law firm in Poole is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE to join its friendly and supportive team. This role offers a great opportunity to work within a growing private client department renowned for its strong local reputation.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle a varied caseload including Wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work, and elderly client matters.


• Develop the department by building relationships with new and existing clients and participating in community and professional events.


• Provide high-quality legal advice, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years’ experience in private client work.


• Proficient in handling a range of matters including Wills, Probate, and LPAs.


• Strong communication skills and a personable approach with clients.


• Positive and proactive attitude, with a genuine interest in providing excellent client service.


• Keen to contribute to the growth of the team and the wider firm.
