Are you looking to elevate your career within a prestigious legal practice? We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in South Shields. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual eager to progress in a supportive and professional environment.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload focusing on non-contentious probate matters. You will handle estate administration, including advice on inheritance tax and preparation of IHT accounts, draft and prepare Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney for a varied client base.

This position offers the chance to work towards fee income targets and contribute significantly to the practice’s growth and success. You will provide exceptional service to clients, upholding the firm’s reputation for excellence. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years+ PQE in managing a Private Client/Probate caseload, with STEP qualification or the ambition to achieve it (support provided).
