Location: Brighton, East Sussex (Hybrid Working Available)

This role is with, a growing and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm, is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its successful Private Client team in Brighton.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and supportive firm offering high-quality private client work, flexible hybrid working and strong long-term career prospects.

The Role:

You will manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, advising individuals and families on a broad range of matters, including:

• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning


• Probate and estate administration, including taxable estates


• Inheritance tax (IHT) planning


• Trusts and succession planning


• Lasting Powers of Attorney


• Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients

You will work as part of a friendly and collaborative private client department, with access to strong support and the opportunity to develop your practice.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive


• Solid experience in Private Client / Probate work


• Ability to manage files with a good level of autonomy


• Strong client-care skills and attention to detail


• A collaborative and approachable manner
