Was Sie erwartet

Verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner bezüglich des Private Banking Leistungsangebots der DZ PRIVATBANK für die betreuten Primärbanken in allen Hierarchieebenen der VRB: Betreuung aus einer Hand (Vorstände, Leiter Private Banking / Firmenkunden, Berater)

Quantitative und qualitative Planung für VR\- und DZ\-Private Banking (d.h. Maßnahmen für die gemeinsame Marktbearbeitung), inkl. deren Umsetzung,

Steuerung und Controlling quantitativer Managementaufgaben (Planungsworkshops, Strategie\- und Quartals\-gespräche auf Vorstandsebene zum Soll\-Ist\-Abgleich und Maßnahmenbewertung)

VR\-PrivateBanking / Bestandsarbeit im Depot B der VRB

Schulung und Unterstützung der B2C\-Berater der Genossenschaftsbanken zur Befähigung des eigenständigen Vertriebs von Produktlösungen der DZ PRIVATBANK

Gemeinsamer Vertrieb / Fresh Money: Zielkundenselektion vermögender Kunden (z.B. Firmenkunden mit Einbindung der DZ PRIVATBANK Wealth Manager in das Beratungsgespräch zur Nutzung unseres individuellen Leistungsangebotes, welches die VB selbst nicht vorhält)

Koordination der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der gesamten genossenschaftlichen Organisation, inklusive Identifikation von Synergien und Marktbearbeitungspotenzial

Was Sie mitbringen

Sie haben ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium und/oder eine Bankausbildung mit Erfolg absolviert

Sie bringen eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2C/B2B\-Vertrieb im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen mit

Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Auftrittskompetenz und legen großen Wert auf die Unterstreichung von Verbindlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit

Einsatzbereitschaft, Engagement, und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus

Sie haben ein Faible für Herausforderungen, konstruktive Lösungs\- und Entwicklungsbeiträge und besitzen eine ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

Erfahrungen bzgl. der Definition, Optimierung und Implementierung von Prozessen innerhalb des Geschäftsfeldes Private Banking sind von Vorteil
