Context

Degroof Petercam Private Banking, knowledge and trust are central in the service we provide to our clients.

Within the Client Center we manage the relation with our Mass Affluent clients, offering them investment solutions. In addition, we provide support to all Private Banking clients in the usage of the digital tools available to them.

We are looking for Client Center Intern, to support our dynamic Brussels\-based team.

Your position

You will be part of a team, who interacts remotely with clients (e\-mail, phone or video call).

Depending on the customer requests submitted to the team at the time of your internship, you will be interacting with customers to:

• Update client records for administrative or regulatory reasons (client contact details, client identification details, ID cards, KYC tasks, …)


• Collecting outstanding balances and perform account closings


• Onboard and educate customers on digital tools


• Support clients in the usage of digital tools

• Create and maintain templates for customer communication


• Document procedures in place, suggest improvements, update training materials

Your profile

• You are enthusiastic to provide outstanding service to our clients: qualitative, empathic and pro\-active;


• You are currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Law or any related studies;


• You are fluent in Dutch or French, spoken and written, and can communicate effectively in English;


• You have a strong interest in financial services;


• You are computer literate;


• You are a team player, who likes to work in a challenging environment in a dynamic team.

Please note: To be considered for this internship, you must be able to provide an internship agreement from a Belgian or Dutch university (applications supported by a French university agreement will not be accepted). We are seeking a candidate who is available to start in September for a minimum duration of 4 months.
