Print Production Manager

We’re working with a leading marketing communications agency, recognised for delivering high-quality, creative print and promotional campaigns. As the business continues to grow, they are now looking for a Print Production Manager to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong print production expertise who enjoys managing end-to-end project delivery, working closely with clients, and ensuring the highest standards across all output.

You will play a key role in coordinating production workflows, managing timelines, and ensuring all print and promotional campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end print production processes across multiple campaigns

• Oversee large-format print, POS, and promotional merchandise projects


• Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal production teams


• Manage project timelines, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure smooth delivery


• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders


• Ensure all work meets required quality standards and brand guidelines


• Monitor costs and contribute to maintaining project profitability


• Troubleshoot production issues and proactively resolve delivery challenges


• Maintain accurate project documentation and MIS updates

About YouEssential Experience • Strong background in print production, print management, or similar role

• Experience working within a print, marketing, or production environment


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting


• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail


• Confident communicator with the ability to manage client expectations


• Experience using Excel, Word, and MIS systems

Desirable Experience • Exposure to large-format print or promotional merchandise

• Experience working within a marketing communications or agency environment


• Understanding of end-to-end production workflows and supplier management

What You’ll Get • Salary between £28,000 – £33,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
