Great ideas only work when they are brilliantly delivered.
At Novograf, we design, manufacture in house and install surface finishes, signage and graphics for customer spaces across the UK and beyond.
We are growing, and with that growth comes bigger customer programmes, more moving parts and more opportunity to make a real difference. That is why we are looking for a Principal Project Manager to help lead the way we deliver.
This is not a role for someone who simply updates project trackers and joins meetings. We are looking for someone who is dynamic \& enjoys getting under the skin of a project, bringing people together, spotting problems before they become problems and giving customers real confidence that their programme is in safe hands.
You will manage some of our most important customer projects directly, including complex and multi\-site rollouts. At the same time, you will help support and coordinate our wider Project Management team, bringing consistency, momentum and a strong \& measured focus across this function.
What you will be doing
You will be the person helping turn customer commitments into well planned, well managed and successfully delivered projects.
That means:
- Leading strategically important customer projects and rollout programmes from mobilisation through to completion.
- Keeping projects safe, on time, on budget and delivered to the standard our customers expect.
- Building strong working relationships with customers, contractors and internal teams.
- Working closely with our commercial, production and installation colleagues to keep delivery joined up and responsive.
- Supporting the wider Project Management team with priorities, expected workloads, delivery standards and problem solving.
- Keeping a close eye on risk, customer expectations and the practical realities of delivering multiple live projects.
- Helping us build on, improve and continue raising the standard of delivery across the business.
You will already have strong experience managing complex customer projects, ideally involving multiple locations, live environments or operationally demanding delivery programmes.
More importantly, you will be someone people trust. Organised without being rigid. Calm under pressure. Comfortable having direct conversations when things need sorted. Someone who understands that good project management is not just about process; it is about people, timing, communication and follow\-through.
Experience in graphics, signage, interiors, fit out, branding, print or a related environment would be helpful, but the right delivery mindset matters just as much.
Why Novograf?
