Principal Program Manager, Digital Customer Acquisition (m/f/d)

Berlin, Germany \- Hybrid

At Sonova, we are redefining how people access hearing care. In this highly visible role, you'll lead the development of a new digital customer acquisition platform, shaping strategy, product, processes, and technology from the ground up. You'll work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and external partners to create a completely new way of connecting customers and hearing care providers.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of a new digital customer acquisition business model and platform


• Build the processes, governance, reporting frameworks, commercial logic, and measurement capabilities needed to operate a successful digital business at scale


• Drive complex cross\-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and commercial teams


• Partner with development teams as Product Owner to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions


• Establish data, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks to support growth and decision\-making


• Influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams around a shared vision and roadmap

• 15\+ years of experience in digital product management, digital business building, platform development, or related fields


• Proven success building products, platforms, business models, or operating structures from scratch


• Strong experience leading large\-scale, cross\-functional strategic programs


• Deep understanding of digital marketing, online customer acquisition, conversion optimization, UX, and MarTech ecosystems


• Track record of driving execution in ambiguous, fast\-moving environments


• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams


• Fluent English and strong German language skills
