Current Microsoft Partner of the Year , Ergo, are seeking a Principal M365 Consultant for an exciting role with our Modern Work team.

The successful Cloud Architect will be responsible for providing expert consultancy, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions to some of Ireland's most well\-known public and private sector companies.

You will work on an MVP\-led team in a company awarded Microsoft Country POTY SIX times in addition to FIVE MS Modern Workplace Partner of the Year awards.

Candidates should be Microsoft Certified with extensive experience implementing Microsoft 365 projects in enterprise environments .

What will you do?
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients on Microsoft 365 best practices, security, and governance.

  • Conduct technical assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver end\-to\-end solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide technical training and support to internal teams

  • Stay up\-to\-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and trends, and continuously enhance your technical skills and knowledge.

What experience / skills do I need?
  • Previous experience in Cloud Consultancy

  • Proficiency in configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 in large environments

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Entra, Purview, Defender and Copilot

  • Office 365 tenant to tenant migrations

  • Exchange Online Design \& Security

  • Exchange On\-Premises / Exchange Hybrid / Active Directory configuration and design

Candidates should have relevant certifications such as:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

  • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert

  • Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
