Join our team as a Teaching Assistant, working full-time in either KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths. This role is based in a friendly and supportive school environment, where you will play a key role in the development and welfare of students.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the delivery of daily lessons in either KS1 or KS2, depending on your preference and strengths. Please state your preference in your application.


• Support the lead teacher in preparing educational materials and classroom activities.


• Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.


• Participate in welfare duties for one hour each day, ensuring the safety and well-being of students during non-classroom times.


• Work closely with other staff members to implement educational programs and monitor student progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• A proactive approach to student welfare and education.


• Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups and learning needs.
