Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student engagement and collaboration.
- Track and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Create and maintain clear classroom routines while implementing effective behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to ensure each student's needs are fully supported.
- Integrate technology to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for future success.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in differentiated teaching methods to accommodate various learning abilities
- Passion for creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters student development
