Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting talented teachers to work across primary schools in Spalding and the surrounding area, including within our valued partnership with the Our Lady of Lourdes Multi-Academy Trust (MAT).

About the Role As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support the development of all pupils. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive learning environment, with opportunities to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your responsibilities may include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum


• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN


• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment


• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback


• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and senior leaders


• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS or equivalent)


• Passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive education


• Confident in supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs


• Flexible and adaptable to different school settings


• Strong communicators with excellent classroom management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
