The Role
As a Primary ECT, you'll have the chance to:
- Teach across a variety of schools
- Deliver engaging lessons using provided plans
- Gain valuable classroom experience and build your confidence
- Explore potential long-term roles that could lead to permanent positions
What You'll Need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and ECT status
- Recent teaching experience with references
- Willingness to complete enhanced DBS and vetting checks
- A dedicated consultant to guide and support you
- Free safeguarding training
- Access to a variety of schools and teaching styles
