Due to ongoing expansion and strategic development, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pricing Manager. This role will support commercial teams across a diverse product offering, influencing significant revenue streams and driving optimal pricing strategies.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Leading and developing the team, setting clear performance standards and supporting ongoing professional development

  • Conducting regular one-to-one meetings to monitor progress, provide feedback, and ensure team engagement and motivation

  • Building strong, strategic relationships with Sales and Business Units to gain deep customer insight and identify opportunities to enhance deal value

  • Supporting and contributing to high-value, complex commercial deals, often exceeding £10m annually, providing clear and concise pricing recommendations

  • Managing the end-to-end customer-specific deal process, ensuring value is maximised and aligned with wider business objectives

  • Allocating and balancing team workload effectively, anticipating demand peaks and ensuring delivery consistency

  • Collaborating with key internal stakeholders including Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance and approval of non-standard pricing

  • Producing analytical insights, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and market trends, to inform commercial decision-making

  • Maintaining strong governance, documentation, and adherence to internal processes

What You Will Need To Apply:
Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Proven experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or deal desk environments within a large or complex organisation

  • Demonstrable leadership experience, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and identify revenue-enhancing opportunities

  • Experience working on large, complex deals and navigating sophisticated pricing scenarios

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and director level

  • Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting large data sets to generate actionable insights

  • Advanced Excel skills, including use of pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulae

  • Solid financial understanding, particularly around margin, cost contribution, and profitability

  • Strong organisational and governance skills, ideally within a regulated or structured environment

  • Degree-level education in a numerical or analytical discipline is advantageous


What you will get in Return:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced pricing professional to take ownership of a critical commercial function within a forward-thinking and highly successful organisation. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the ability to directly influence major revenue streams across the business.
The successful candidate will receive a starting salary of circa £85,000, with a total package reaching into six figures, supported by a strong bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package. This includes generous holiday allowance, an excellent pension scheme, and additional employee benefits.
Based in London, the role operates on a hybrid working model, with an expectation of three days per week in the office, offering a strong balance between collaboration and flexibility.
