YOUR TASKS
- Identify, define, conceptualize and implement (international) pricing projects e.g. the country introduction of the group pricing model
- Support the refinement and implementation of the international pricing strategy for an omnichannel B2B direct sales company esp. in Mobility/Automotive and Construction
- Coach the national organizations in the identification and exploitation of pricing potential with targeted analyses, creative approaches and systematic implementation
- Proactively improve structures, processes and tools in the pricing space with good understanding of IT systems
- Own and assure the execution of groupwide (strategic) processes (esp.annual price adjustment, competitor monitoring, new product pricing, T\&C and bonus adjustments)
- Train, coach and support regional and national pricing organizations as well as holding departments esp. in Marketing and Sales
- Master’s degree in business related/quantitative studies
- Several years of work experience in the pricing area in a related industry, ideally in an B2B environment
- Strong project and change management skills
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP and SAP BW appreciated
- Strong result orientation and proactivity with a hands\-on mentality
- High persuasive power and assertiveness as well as the ability to overcome frustration
- Strong ability to steer cross\-functional international teams
- High internal customer orientation and the confidence to structure as well as communicate messages and achieve decisions in a stakeholder\-centric manner
- Accountability and integrity as well as accuracy and timeliness
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel on a moderate project base
