<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p>
<p>You will be the analytical engine embedded within our cross-functional Pricing & Packaging (P&P) team. Working at the intersection of commercial strategy, product, and data, you'll drive hipages’ transition from traditional subscription models to a sophisticated, value-based pricing and packaging framework.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,0,0"><em>Build Impact Models: </em>Design and maintain quantitative models to evaluate revenue and margin impact for packaging changes, price adjustments, and new products.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,1,0"><em>Advance Value-Based Pricing: </em>Own the framework for hipages' pricing evolution, focusing on willingness-to-pay analysis and cohort-level price elasticity.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="4,2,0">O<em>ptimise GTM Funnels:</em> Model scenario economics for entry-level packages, rookie conversions, and ascension funnel performance to guide market decisions.</p>

<h4 data-path-to-node="5">Revenue Optimisation & Analytics</h4>

<p data-path-to-node="6,0,0"><em>Identify Growth Levers: </em>Partner with Product and Sales to discover, size, and prioritize quick-win revenue opportunities across the customer lifecycle.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="6,1,0"><em>Track Initiatives: </em>Monitor and provide variance commentary on live pricing initiatives, including self-serve funnels, NZ pricing, and app commission fee exposures.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="6,2,0"><em>Funnel Analysis<strong data-path-to-node="6,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">:</strong> </em>Deep dive into conversion data (demos, trials, credit pack buyers) to unlock incremental revenue.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="8,0,0"><em>Executive Insights:</em> Deliver clear, slide-ready commercial reporting and ad-hoc investigations for the Senior Leadership Team and Board deliverables.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="8,1,0"><em>Cross-Functional Anchor:</em> Serve as the central quantitative expert bridging Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, and FP&A.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="8,2,0"><em>Data Culture:</em> Build reusable pricing tools to promote self-serve data access across the commercial team.</p>

<p><strong>About you:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Tertiary degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline.</li>
<li>3–5 years of experience in a commercial, strategy or analytics role: pricing experience in a marketplace, SaaS or subscription business is highly advantageous.</li>
<li>Strong financial modelling skills, with the ability to build robust, flexible models from scratch and clearly communicate their assumptions and outputs.</li>
<li>Experience leveraging AI to accelerate SQL data extraction and Python/R econometric modelling, ensuring technical accuracy and data integrity.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with BI tools (Tableau or equivalent) to build and interpret dashboards.</li>
<li>Experience designing or interpreting A/B tests and pricing experiments.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to produce slide-ready analysis and present to senior stakeholders with confidence.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.</li>
