Preventative Maintenance Engineer - Coffee Equipment (Full Time)

• Full, clean driving licence (applicants must be over 25 for insurance purposes)


• Mechanical or electrical aptitude with strong fault\-finding skills

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Coffee Machine Service Technician to join our growing team.

In this varied role, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing industry\-leading coffee machines and grinders, both in our workshop and at customer sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands\-on technical work, problem\-solving and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair leading brands of commercial coffee machines and grinders


• Carry out workshop repairs and on\-site maintenance visits


• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults


• Install equipment and perform routine servicing as required


• Provide excellent customer service during site visits


• Maintain accurate service records and report completed work


• Ensure company vehicle, tools and equipment are kept in good condition

• Full, clean driving licence (over 25 years of age for insurance purposes)


• Strong practical, mechanical or electrical skills


• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively


• Good communication and problem\-solving skills


• Professional, reliable and customer\-focused attitude
