Context

As a Pre\-Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping prospects and customers understand the value of Argonos and how it can solve their most critical challenges.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high\-energy team that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning.

You will partner closely with Sales Managers to guide organizations through their evaluation journey \- from initial discovery to technical validation.

You will lead product demonstrations, manage proof\-of\-concept cycles, and provide expert guidance on how to tailor the product \- including data pipelines, Ontologies, and business applications \- to meet specific business needs.

You are both a technical expert and a trusted advisor. You seamlessly bridge the gap between business and technology, translating customer requirements into impactful solutions and ensuring a smooth path to adoption.

Missions

Solution Design and Customization:


  • Configure and customize to align with customer requirements and maximize business value.

  • Engage with prospects to gather technical and business requirements during discovery sessions.

  • Adapt and extend the out\-of\-the\-box user experience (UX/UI) to meet specific project needs.

  • Configure and present tailored demos and proof\-of\-concepts that showcase the value of our technology and reflect prospective use cases.

Technical Expertise:


  • Articulate technical benefits and capabilities of the product in alignment with customer use cases.

  • Provide technical documentation during RFP/RFI processes and respond to prospect questionnaires.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders, from engineers to C\-level executives.

Client Engagement:


  • Lead technical workshops and Q\&A sessions to educate clients and deepen their understanding of the product.

  • Lead technical pre\-sales activities such as product demos and proof\-of\-concept (POC) cycles, tailored to customer industries and use cases.

Cross\-Industry Adaptability:


  • Confidently tailor technical presentations and demos across diverse verticals.

  • Manage multiple active opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle.

  • Adapting to customer needs and fast\-changing technical environments.
Candidate Profile

Hard Skills:

  • Fluent in English and another language

  • Engineering studies

  • 5\+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience in a client facing role

  • Experience with data platform, Familiarity with Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation)

  • Experience configuring or demonstrating AI powered tools
