Practice Manager Healthcare

We are building a different kind of clinic.

A premium, performance\-led healthcare environment focused on precision diagnostics, measurable outcomes, and exceptional patient experience. This is not a volume\-driven NHS setting. This is a high\-standard, detail\-obsessed private clinic designed for discerning patients.

We are now looking for an experienced Practice Manager who can operate at that level.

The Role

You will take full operational control of the clinic, ensuring that every element runs to a consistently high standard.

This includes:

• Day\-to\-day clinic operations and team management


• Delivering a seamless, high\-end patient journey


• Driving performance across revenue, utilisation, and conversion


• Managing rotas, staffing, and clinic efficiency


• Maintaining strict compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards


• Overseeing stock, suppliers, and cost control


• Supporting business growth, new services, and expansion


• Must be proficient with finances and profit and loss monitoring

This is a hands\-on leadership role. You are expected to lead from the front, not manage from a distance.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a private healthcare, dental, aesthetics, or medical setting


• Strong commercial awareness understands revenue, margins, and performance metrics


• Exceptional organisational and operational control


• Use of initiative not waiting to be told


• Ability to work independently


• High standards you notice what others miss


• Confident managing clinicians and multidisciplinary teams


• Comfortable in a fast\-paced, growth\-focused environment


• Strong understanding of compliance and governance (CQC essential)

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in premium or luxury healthcare environments


• Multi\-site management experience
