Greenacre Orthodontics is a warm, patient\-focused orthodontic practice based in Connah's Quay. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to join us at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
This is a varied, hands\-on leadership role that sits right at the centre of our practice. You will work closely with our Principal(s) to ensure Greenacre runs smoothly, compliantly and profitably — while keeping our team happy and our patients at the heart of all we do.
Your responsibilities will span:
· Leadership \& team culture — coaching, developing and inspiring a happy, high\-performing team
· Day\-to\-day operations — diary management, workflow, patient communications and practice efficiency
· HR \& people management — recruitment, inductions, appraisals, rotas and employment compliance
· Finance \& performance — reconciliations, payroll oversight, Xero processing, KPI reporting and monthly management accounts
· Compliance \& governance — HIW compliance, health \& safety, COSHH, GDPR and clinical governance
· Patient experience — driving an exceptional journey from first contact to completion
· Waiting list \& referral management — ensuring efficient triaging and appointment pathways
· Marketing \& practice growth — Google reviews, social media, patient communications and new service development
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
· An experienced manager, ideally from a dental, orthodontic or healthcare background
· A natural leader with warmth, integrity and real resilience
· Commercially confident — comfortable with numbers, KPIs, financial reporting and Xero
· Knowledgeable in UK employment law and HR best practice
· Highly organised with excellent communication skills — written and verbal
· Motivated by excellent patient care and continuous improvement
· Familiar with HIW compliance and clinical governance (desirable)
· Experienced in NHS and private mixed\-practice environments (desirable)
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
