- Full time, Monday to Friday, permanent contract.
- €40k\+ depending on experience

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Providing excellence in service through the efficient management of the practice, with a heavy focus on both customer service and administration.
- Leading the dental team on a day to day basis \- it is envisaged that the role will primarily be based on reception providing patient support.
- Providing reception and administrative training to any new members of staff..
- Handling and resolving patient complaints effectively and in line with company guidelines.
- Resolving any HR issues/staff complaints, seeking support where uncertainty from Head Office.
- Overseeing any local administration tasks such as billing/claims/lodgements etc. and providing guidance to other team members in this area.
- Liaising with Head Office on any admin duties e.g. billing/rostering/IT issues.
- Overseeing and resolving any local facilities issues where necessary and seeking approval if applicable.
- Ensuring practice compliance with all practice policies and procedures and guiding legislation.
- Identifying and assisting in the implementation of practice growth initiatives.
- Successful delivery of and reporting on agreed company KPIs.
- Communicating regularly with Head Office on all of the above items.
Essential:
- 1\+ years' people management experience.
- 1\+ years' experience in a customer facing administrative position in a medical/dental setting.
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Currently living in Ireland.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
- Familiar with reporting \& statistical compilation
- Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and mail.
- Dental practice management experience is an advantage.
- Dental receptionist or dental nursing experience is an added advantage.
