Inspire Healthcare, Yorkleigh Surgery is seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to lead our dedicated and enthusiastic team. As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day\-to\-day leadership and strategic development of the practice. Working closely with the Partners, Senior Management Team and colleagues across Inspire Healthcare, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the surgery.

We are looking for a confident and motivated leader who can inspire teams, manage change effectively, and foster a positive, supportive working environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to balance operational demands with long\-term strategic goals.

Main duties of the job

The Practice Manager is responsible for the efficient, effective and safe management of the GP practice, ensuring the well\-being of patients, GPs and staff, and the overall running of the practice.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£42,000\.00 per year
