\*Full Time Position \- 40 Hours P/W with 1 day work from home\*

Ascent Dental Care are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable private dental practice in Malvern. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team alongside support of founders, Dr. Faresh \& Dr. Gursh.

• Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice \- with a focus on patient safety at all times


• Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement


• Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge


• Plan \& driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit \& loss targets \- a commercial focus is key for the role


• Monitoring \& leading on KPI reviews, P\&L calls \& supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets


• Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions


• Deliver staff training and development, hold 1\-1's with all team members, performance managing

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally 1\-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within private or mixed practice


• We may also be open to considering applicants with management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail \& hospitality


• Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P\&L accounts, understanding areas for development \& improvement


• Experience in leading a multi\-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience


• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential


• Ensuring CQC \& other compliance requirements are met at all times


• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
