We’re looking for a commercially minded and data\-driven Paid Media / PPC Manager to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy across Google, YouTube, Performance Max, LinkedIn and Paid Social.
This is a hands\-on role for somebody who loves optimisation, testing, scaling campaigns, and turning data into actionable insight. You’ll play a key role in driving qualified leads, improving ROI, and helping shape the next stage of growth for PayItMonthly.
You’ll work closely with our internal marketing team, designers, developers, onboarding teams, and external agencies to continuously improve campaign performance and customer journeys.
There’s huge scope to grow within this role, take ownership of channels, and help shape how performance marketing evolves at PayItMonthly.

Your Role
Paid Media \& Acquisition
- Own and manage PPC and paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates and ROI
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, attribution and campaign performance
- Build, test and scale audience targeting strategies across multiple verticals and sectors
- Support lead generation campaigns focused on acquisition of new partners and merchants
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance across channels
- Use GA4, UTMs, dashboards and attribution tools to identify opportunities for growth
- Work with the wider marketing team to improve landing pages and conversion journeys
- Run A/B testing across ads, audiences, messaging and landing pages
- Help improve reporting visibility and marketing performance insights across the business
- Support ongoing SEO strategy, including keyword optimisation and content performance
- Work alongside the Brand Marketing Exec and UI Designer to improve website journeys and engagement
- Identify new digital growth opportunities and emerging marketing trends
- Support wider digital campaigns including re\-engagement and retention initiatives
- 3\+ years of experience in PPC, Paid Media or Performance Marketing
- Hands\-on experience managing Google Ads, Performance Max and Paid Social campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with experience improving ROI and campaign performance
- Comfortable working with GA4, conversion tracking, UTMs and reporting dashboards
- Experience managing campaign budgets and optimisation strategies
- Understanding of SEO principles and conversion optimisation
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Curious, proactive mindset with a passion for testing and learning
- B2B or fintech experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM or email automation platforms
- Experience working alongside agencies or managing external partners

The Details:
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Hours: 37 hours per week (9\-5:30, early finish on Fridays) (Part Time considered)
- Holiday: 25 days \+ Bank Holidays
