<p>Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Power Platform Developer specializing in Power BI and data visualizations in our Enterprise Services Group Business Unit. This position requires a DOD Secret Clearance. The right candidate will serve as a Power Platform/Power BI Developer to a dedicated customer organization.</p>
<p>This role provides Power Platform Developer and Power BI/data visualization support to a dynamic organization supporting the Army. The government customer team works in partnership with the DSA team and subcontractors to provide a cohesive support model to a varied customer base. <p>The DSA Power Platform developer will develop low code no code solutions using Power Platform tools within the Army 365 tenant.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Active DoD Secret Security Clearance</li>
<li>Highly proficient in Power Platform solution development (1-5 years of experience in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI with intermediate DAX knowledge ideal)</li>
<li>Advanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience and understanding of its role in the Microsoft Office 365 (experience in the Army 365 tenant ideal) ecosystem</li>
<li>Highly proficient in developing and managing Power BI solutions</li>
<li>Highly proficient in developing and delivering data solutions</li>
<li>Proven proficiency in data visualization design</li>
<li>Solid understanding of data model development</li>
<li>Experience taking part in and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) activities</li>
<li>Solid understanding of requirements gathering process</li>
<li>Proficient in documenting technical solutions developed and creating associated reference materials</li>
<li>Customer engagement experience with the ability to develop relationships and understand needs</li>
<li>Foundational knowledge in Power Pages, Dataverse, and Premium Capacities</li>
<li>Understanding of UX/UI principles</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</li>
<li>Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision</li>
<li>COMPTIA Security + certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)</li>
<li>Computing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 200, 300, 400, 600 or position specific certifications can be considered) - Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidate</li>
<li>Experience using Vantage Analytics, Vantage Insights, or similar enterprise data visualization and reporting platforms</li>
<li>Experience integrating Vantage data sources with Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working on an Agile Scrum team</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Power Platform environments and pipelines</li>
<li>Proficient with Model-Driven app development and Dataverse</li>
<li>Understanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces</li>
<li>Experience developing and delivering user training and reference materials</li>
