Role Summary / Purpose:

Acts as a member of the development team providing solutions that meet technical and cost needs. Works with engineering, supply chain and other functional business teams to deliver complete electrical design for power converters or power converter subsystems.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Read and understand the full scope of the product or project (Technical Specifications)


• Technical discussions internal, with suppliers and with clients to identify appropriate solutions


• Full Electrical Design and Coordination of the entire life of the product from the Project to the Final Tests and Competition


• Manufacturing Support during all processes, when necessary


• Seek improvements and meet costs and deliveries according to company expectations


• Support for improvement initiatives

• Strong technical knowledge in Power Electronics for high power applications


• Fluent in English language

• Strong oral and written communication skills


• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills


• Ability to work independently


• Strong problem solving skills
