Our Performance Management and Pipeline Steering Team at Renewables is looking for you!
- Own and continuously improve pipeline and portfolio transparency across projects, markets, technologies, development and execution stages
- Define, refine, and track KPIs across development and execution, aligned with strategic and operational objectives
- Drive portfolio evaluation, prioritization, and clean‑up initiatives to ensure focus on value‑adding projects
- Support strategic decisions on resource allocation, market focus, and portfolio balance
- Create transparency on trade‑offs, dependencies, and opportunity costs
- Identify systematic risks, bottlenecks, and performance patterns across countries, technologies, or stages
- Proactively highlight underperformance and structural issues, and support mitigation measures
- Translate data into actionable insights and management‑ready narratives
- Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, portfolio steering, or related business functions, with strong understanding of the RES project lifecycle from development to execution
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive prioritization, alignment, and follow-through across complex cross-functional environments
- Proven ability to steer performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, and support strategic portfolio and resource allocation decisions
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of renewable project value drivers, development risks, and portfolio trade-offs
- Ability to translate complex data and portfolio dynamics into actionable insights and management-ready narratives
- Senior, proactive, and hands-on personality with a structured working style and the ability to challenge constructively and drive continuous improvement
