Portfolio Marketing Manager - Cyber Security Services (m/f/x)

For our region France, Belgium and Luxembourg, we are looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our Operational Technology Cyber Security Services.

You will drive go\-to\-market execution, support regional launches, and build strong ecosystem partnerships to scale innovative cyber security services across all Smart Infrastructure Building OT domains like fire safety, security, and automation.

Tasks:

• Position the portfolio as a key enabler of smarter, more connected, and efficient operations.


• Lead marketing campaigns and ensure market readiness in close collaboration with sales and operations.


• Translate customer needs into value\-driven cyber security services.


• Build and activate ecosystems with strategic partners (software vendors, cloud providers, ISVs, integrators) and identify joint go\-to\-market opportunities.


• Develop strong storytelling around Siemens OT Cyber Security capabilities and ecosystem success stories.


• Support sales teams with tools, content, and training


• Collaborate with regional HQ to localize global offerings and provide input for future service development.


• Apply Lean Portfolio Management principles to accelerate launches and support data\-driven planning and prioritization.


• Travel regularly across the region to support local teams and ensure strong execution.

• Proven experience in software marketing, platform strategy, or ecosystem development


• Knowledge of OT cyber security and digital technologies is a plus


• Experience with agile ways of working and cross\-functional collaboration


• Experience managing strategic partnerships and ecosystems within technology, software, digital services or cyber security environments


• Ability to collaborate across functions and prioritize value delivery


• Strategic marketing mindset with hands\-on campaign and partner engagement experience


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural settings


• Ability to translate technical features into compelling customer value


• Fluent in French, English and Dutch


• Willingness to travel and operate across diverse markets
