Job Description

You join the Corporate Portfolio Management France/Europe team as a Corporate Portfolio Manager and take charge of a large and mid\-cap portfolio from Paris. The "Credit Portfolio and Resource Management" (CPRM) department is responsible for the active management (risk, RWA, liquidity) of Natixis Corporate \& Investment Banking’s (CIB) financing in relation to all its business lines. The department brings together the portfolio teams, the Analytics \& Insights and SAO (Strategic Allocation Optimization) teams.
On a daily basis, your tasks are as follows:

• Prepare the credit granting files for financing, annual reviews, waivers, and WatchList forms within the allotted timeframe;


• Analyze credit risk, proactively monitor and anticipate risks on your portfolio’s corporate counterparties by formalizing a credit note for the decision\-making bodies;


• Propose and revise internal notation;


• Develop sector expertise on the relevant portfolio in connection with your sector partner and the Industry and Senior Bankers;


• Issue a portfolio opinion for new corporate financing operations entering the portfolio (profitability, portfolio track\-record, secondary liquidity, sectoral benchmark) and express this opinion during the various meetings;


• Participate in the active management of the financing portfolio through secondary disposals or the use of insurance, particularly as part of periodic portfolio reviews in a logic of anticipation and risk optimization.

As a Portfolio Management Corporate, you are required to be in regular contact with the Coverage, Risk, Special Affairs and other CPRM teams, as well as to participate in certain internal bodies or client meetings.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in finance, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You are recognized for your skills in financial analysis and your knowledge of business financing.

You master:

• Financial analysis;


• Business financing;


• The Pack Offices tools.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

• Rigorous and proactive;


• Recognized for your synthesis capabilities, reliability and adaptability;


• Organized and you know how to manage short deadlines.

You are proficient in English with a C1 level.
