At Elekta, you contribute to technology that makes a real difference in the lives of patients with cancer. In this role, you will play an important part in improving the performance and direction of our global brachytherapy portfolio.
As a Portfolio Manager, you focus on products that are already in the market and help ensure they continue to deliver value — both clinically and commercially. You work at the intersection of clinical practice and business performance, translating insights into concrete improvements and decisions.
What you will do at Elekta
In this role, you are responsible for monitoring, analyzing and improving the performance of a global portfolio of brachytherapy products, including afterloaders, software and applicators.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance (e.g. revenue, margins, market position)
- Identifying improvement opportunities based on customer feedback, market data and competitive insights
- Driving lifecycle activities such as product optimizations, updates and phase\-outs
- Supporting decision\-making through business cases and data\-driven insights
- Collaborating closely with R\&D, Sales, Clinical and Service teams across regions
- Translating insights into concrete actions that improve product performance in the market

What you bring
You are a hands\-on and analytically strong professional who is comfortable working in a complex, international environment. You take initiative, work independently and know how to navigate different stakeholders.
You bring:
- 4–7 years of experience in product management, portfolio management or a similar role
- Experience in oncology, radiation therapy, or a related medical field
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and business cases
- Good communication skills and the ability to influence without formal authority
- A proactive and self\-starting mindset
