Job Summary

Absolute Footcare is a family\-run podiatry and foot care business with over 25 years of experience, operating across 7 clinics and serving a large number of nursing home and domiciliary patients. We are a growing practice with a strong reputation built on quality care and a personal touch.

Our clinics are located in Mold, Broughton, Wrexham, Ruthin, Chester, and Urmston, with our staff frequently covering multiple sites to meet patient demand.

This particular role is based primarily across the Wrexham, Broughton, Chester, and Mold area, though we are happy to discuss flexibility to suit the right candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties

We provide podiatry care including, but not limited to, nail cutting, removing hard skin, removing corns, and providing wound care. These are the fundamental duties of our podiatrists.

Additionally, where the successful candidate holds the relevant qualifications — or wishes to train — our podiatrists also provide nail surgery, verruca needling, steroid injections, biomechanical assessments, and a range of other specialist treatments.

Beyond clinical duties, the role includes taking patient payments, rebooking appointments, and maintaining thorough and accurate patient records. Providing dignified, confidential care with the support of our admin team is essential to everything we do.

For the right candidate, there are also specialist roles available within the company, offering opportunities to develop and progress beyond a standard clinical position.

Clinic Locations: Mold, Broughton, Wrexham, Ruthin, Chester, Urmston

Qualifications and Skills

*All applicants must be HCPC or soon to attain registration. Student podiatirst are welcome to apply.*

BSc or equivalent podiatry/Chiropody qualifications
DBS Check
Relevant podiatry insurance
Willing to work at different locations
Be able to work as part of a team

Payroll Staff and Self\-Employment Options
We offer the option of either payroll staff or self employed, details of both are below:

*Payroll:*
Starting at £28,000 pro rata at 40 hours per week
Part time, permanent with some flexible working
Holiday and statutory sick pay
Optional pension enrolment
Overtime additional pay offered on Weekends
