We're looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) professional to support the Azure Integration Hub / Global Integration Layer (GIL), a mission\-critical enterprise service enabling data integration across Siemens. In a multi\-stakeholder and agile environment, you'll collaborate with several delivery teams working on integration products and services—from Azure platform core services to customer\-aligned solutions like Azure Functions and standard Logic Apps. Your role is to ensure transparency, alignment, and execution excellence, acting as a key enabler for Product Owners and Agile teams, not as a delivery lead.
Challenges that await

- Drive data integration initiatives: Support projects related to SAP, Azure, APIs, event\-based and interface integrations.
- Manage visibility and coordination: Track and manage milestones, objectives, dependencies, risks, and actions across multiple teams.
- Enable Agile ceremonies: Support PI Planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives from a PMO perspective.
- Coordinate complex ecosystems: Collaborate with technical teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders.
- Create business intelligence: Prepare and maintain executive\-level reports, dashboards, and KPI views that communicate real status.
- Ensure transparency and governance: Use Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft tools for documentation and compliance with internal processes.

We especially value candidates with:
- Experience in PMO, project coordination, or delivery support roles in IT or digital environments.
- Solid understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other frameworks).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, solution\-oriented, and pragmatic mindset, capable of navigating complexity with clarity.
- Mastery of Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence) and reporting and dashboarding tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with globally distributed teams.
- Attention to detail and structural capability in dynamic, multi\-priority environments.
- Fluent and persuasive English to communicate with international stakeholders.

- Experience or exposure to data integration, platforms, or enterprise IT landscapes.
- Familiarity with Azure ecosystems or integration technologies.
- Experience in SAFe or scaled agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of governance and compliance in enterprise contexts.
