PMO Analyst
Location: Flexible / Hybrid
Salary: £32,000–40,000 \+ pension
Reporting to: Central PMO Lead
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally bright, ambitious and highly organised PMO Analyst to join our growing central transformation function.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a high\-potential individual at the early stages of their career to gain exposure to senior leadership, strategic transformation activity and M\&A integration within a fast\-paced, private equity\-backed professional services environment.
The role sits within the Central PMO function and will support a broad range of cross\-functional initiatives spanning Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, Integration and M\&A activity. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and will play a key role in helping ensure strategic initiatives remain coordinated, structured and progressing to plan.
This role would suit either:
- A high\-performing graduate seeking a career path similar to consulting, transformation or operational leadership; or
- An individual with 1–3 years’ experience within PMO, project coordination, consulting, operations or a similarly fast\-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced PMO Lead and gain exposure to what high\-quality programme governance and transformation delivery looks like in practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesCentral PMO \& Governance Support
- Support the operation of the central PMO function across a portfolio of strategic initiatives
- Coordinate governance forums including Executive meetings, Steering Committees and Board\-related sessions
- Prepare, collate and quality review governance materials including Board papers, status updates and presentation packs
- Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Ensure key stakeholders remain aligned, informed and accountable for delivery commitments
- Maintain high standards of organisation, follow\-up and documentation across initiatives

- High\-performing graduates with strong academic records and evidence of ambition, leadership or extracurricular achievement
- Candidates with 1–3 years’ experience in PMO, consulting, project coordination, operations or transformation environments
- Degree from a leading university
- Experience working within professional services, consulting or fast\-paced commercial environments
- Exposure to project management methodologies or PMO disciplines
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Significant exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision\-making
