How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Identify new opportunities, build relationships, negotiate and win new business.

The employee will act as the primary custodian of project integrity and governance standards across the organization:

• TAB Management: Orchestrate the Transformation Advisory Board (TAB), the main PMO governance meeting. This includes the full intake lifecycle: validating business demands with Business Unit Directors, high\-quality preparation of strategic materials, documenting decisions, and ensuring rigorous follow\-up with Project managers


• Gatekeeping \& Methodology: Facilitate formal Gate 1 (Feasibility) and Gate 2 (Execution Readiness) reviews. Ensure all business and D\&IT projects adhere to established documentation, risk assessment, and ROI standards.


• Portfolio Health: Maintain the "Master Project Portfolio," serving as the one\-source\-of\-truth for project timelines, status, and resource allocation across the Nordic entities.

Are you a MATCH?

Proven track record in running formal PMOs and facilitating executive\-level boards (TAB). The role requires flexibility between the comprehensive high level management of the roadmap, ensuring a strategique execution and the operational management of project in details
