TMC Luxembourg is looking for a PM / Scrum Master (M/F) for one of its clients.

As part of a large\-scale digital transformation, we are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to join an IS/IT team based in Luxembourg.

You will work on strategic projects with a strong cloud component and play a key role in implementing agile practices and driving continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, infrastructure, security, operations) to ensure efficient delivery aligned with business objectives.

At the heart of the organization, you will lead Scrum ceremonies, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the smooth execution of projects. You will act as the central communication point between technical teams, business units, and management, ensuring information flows effectively and alignment across the board.

You will also contribute to structuring project governance, tracking performance, identifying risks, and implementing standardized processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.

What we expect from you
---------------------------

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment, ideally on projects with a strong cloud dimension


• Excellent command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)


• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence


• Good understanding of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)


• Ability to unite and motivate teams around common goals


• Excellent skills in communication, leadership, and negotiation


• Ability to operate in complex and potentially regulated environments


• Proficiency in French (mandatory) and a professional working level of English


• Strong project management skills: planning, monitoring, governance, reporting, and risk management


• Comfortable coordinating multidisciplinary and potentially distributed teams


• Additional assets: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM), experience in an international environment, knowledge of security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2\)
