<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Plumbing Sales Specialist represents the company in customers’ homes or businesses, providing accurate job estimates, recommending solutions, and ensuring projects are sold and executed according to company standards for quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Sales Generation: </strong>Conduct outside sales to both club and non-club customers, focusing on the Plumbing Safety Inspection and sewer/ drain department.</li>
<li><strong>Brand Representation:</strong> Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to company policies while operating company vehicles.</li>
<li><strong>Job Management:</strong> Monitor plumbing repair, sewer and re-pipe jobs daily to ensure they progress as planned and meet contractual timelines.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration: </strong>Work closely with Field Drain Techs, Sewer Supervisors, PSI technicians and Sales Coordinators to provide accurate solutions and meet customer and company objectives.</li>
<li><strong>Customer Relations:</strong> Resolve contractual and job performance concerns with customers and Supervisors, maintaining a customer-oriented focus.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Demonstrate knowledge of general plumbing, camera operation, drain issues, and installation methods using standard tools and equipment.</li>
</ul>

<li>Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of plumbing concepts, water distribution, and disposal systems.</li>
<li>Ability to follow oral and written directions.</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Friendly, approachable, and capable of promoting a positive company image.</li>
<li>Team-oriented with a willingness to support all areas of the business.</li>
<li>Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven.</li>
<li>Physically capable of handling workload requirements.</li>
<li>Clean driving record and valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Successful completion of pre-employment screenings and physical examinations.</li>
