Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Job Summary
We are a family run company seeking an experienced Plumbing \& Heating engineer to join our ever growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing basic plumbing installation, service and maintenance task such as, toilet, taps, vented \& unvented cylinders, sinks, valves and pipework installation and repairs. The role requires the candidate to have a can do attitude with good customer services skills. Candidate must be competent to work alone and work well within a team. Basic Salary up to £39,000 \+ Overtime \+ On Call

• Monday – Friday 07:30am – 6pm \+ On Call Rota


• Ongoing support, Training and progression opportunities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, taps, toilets, sinks, showers, vented \& unvented cylinders and appliances in accordance with safety standards and building codes.


• Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and techniques to complete tasks accurately.


• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs promptly.


• Maintain a clean work environment by organising tools and disposing of waste responsibly.


• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.


• Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations at all times and are completed to a high standard.


• To complete an after job service report including pictures (Training available on our system)

• Proven experience working as a plumber in commercial or residential settings.


• NVQ Level 2 (Mandatory)


• Unvented G3 (Preferred but not mandatory)


• Water regulations (Preferred but not mandatory)


• Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, including 2 \& 3 port systems \& controls. (further training can be provided for this)

• Valid Full UK driving licence


• Clean criminal record as all applicants will be enhanced DBS checked

Pay: £32,000\.00\-£39,000\.00 per year
