Renewable Energy Supervisor \- Heating

We’re growing rapidly and looking for a skilled, and customer\-focused Engineer to join our Cambridge team.

Here, you’ll go beyond assessments—you’ll become part of a multidisciplinary team shaping the future of sustainable homes. We invest in your development so you can expand your skillset across multiple renewable technologies and even support installations.

You’ll primarily work locally, with occasional opportunities to collaborate with teams across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Survey homes for air source \& ground source heat pumps, solar PV, batteries, and EV chargers


• Manage a team of heating engineers.


• Conduct site visits, plan\-based assessments, and remote surveys


• Identify installation challenges and design practical solutions


• Map cable routes and system layouts


• Advise customers on optimal equipment placement


• Capture key data and site imagery


• Clearly explain systems and benefits to customers


• Ensure accurate, timely completion of survey documentation


• Asssit with installations as needed

What You Bring

Essential:

• Full UK driving licence


• NVQ Level 3


• Low temp heatign design


• GCSEs (or equivalent) A–C


• Strong customer service skills


• Experience with Heat Pump design using H2X


• Extensive renewable industry experience, particularly working with air source heat pumps


• Ability to manage a customer relationship to the point of operational handover


• Excel at creating new business opportunities with homeowners, architects \& developers


• Works well under pressure to achieve sales targets


• Punctual \& smart appearance

Bonus Points For:

• Domestic Energy Assessor qualification


• Solar PV \& battery storage knowledge
