We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing \& Heating Engineer to support our growing residential property portfolio across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Our office team manages the diary, books appointments, communicates with tenants and landlords, and handles all invoicing and administration.
You simply arrive, complete quality work and move on to your next scheduled job.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your work will include:
· Boiler servicing and repairs
· Heating fault diagnosis
· Gas Safety Certificates
· Heating system maintenance
· General plumbing repairs
· Pipework repairs
· Radiator replacements
· Thermostats and heating controls
· Leaks and water supply issues
· Domestic plumbing installations
· Advising when additional repairs are required
This is predominantly planned work across our managed property portfolio with no heavy commercial work and no unpredictable emergency call\-out culture.
About You
You’ll ideally have:
· Gas Safe Registration
· Experience repairing and servicing domestic boilers
· Strong plumbing knowledge
· Good fault\-finding skills
· Excellent customer service
· A full UK driving licence
· Pride in delivering work to a high standard
