Plumber / Facilities maintenance engineer

UNIVERSAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

We are currently looking for a qualified plumber to join our facilities maintenance team

The ideal candidate would need to be a fully qualified plumber with experience in reactive maintenance in the commercial environment dealing with various issues reported by our clients across Dublin on a day to day basis

Fault finding is a big part of this position and this ability is essential to our clients.

We carry out day\-to\-day maintenance/ repairs, PPM and small mechanical/electrical installation works for our existing customers.

As a facilities maintenance company We are constantly adapting to the needs of our clients

The position is full\-time permanent and the hours of work are 8am – 4\.30pm

Flexibility around these core hours may be required on occasions to support the needs of clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Fully qualified plumber


• 5 years Domestic and Commercial experience


• Boiler house experience


• HVAC experience


• heat pump experience


• GIS / GID certified an advantage


• full clean Driving License


• Safe pass
